I have used the service from eco movers & logistics auckland on 24rth April 2023. They are the best in moving stuff and very proffessional in terms of moving home. I have used their services before and they being excellent both time. I will recommend if someone moving home husslefree use eco movers and logistics. Keep it up eco movers and logistics. Good moving company. Booked a truck and 2 movers very last minute on moving day due to our initial movers mucking us around. One of the downsides was being charged the same hourly rate for a 33 cubic truck when we got a smaller truck - this meant booking a truck for 4.5 hours instead of 2, as it took 2 trips instead of one. We were charged the same rate because it was an urgent booking - at this stage we were desperate so had no choice, but felt a little taken advantage of. Laila sorted it super quick, and the two movers that came were good at stacking, one in particular was a great mover. Luckily we had 2 guys + 3 teens helping with loading and unloading as well. Movers arrived 20 mins after booking, a little confusion around the time it took to do the job when it came to payment, and just needing to be a bit more careful with packing e.g covering furniture that may be marked from the paint in the truck. The highlight was Laila, thanks for all your help sorting the truck, so helpful, polite and responsive.
