Absolutely love the staff in this store. theyre so helpful even when theyre juggling many customers at once! i was desperate to find some shoes for my birthday. i was quite stressed and thought they wouldnt have my size, but the girl with curly hair really helped me out and found the exact pair i was looking for in my exact size!!! she really made me feel comfortable and asked me about my birthday outfit to help me see how i could style the shoes properly. the female manager in charge served me and was really lovely! suggested that i get the shoe spray so that my shoes stay clean for my birthday coming up that weekend!! great suggestion because it really did work! overall, great customer service in this store. they play good music, they greeted me well and just really made me feel comfortable in a situation that i was initially stressed in. even wished me happy birthday as i left!!! how good x
