San Michelle Bags Sylvia Park

We came here on Boxing Day and was greeted and assisted by a really helpful staff. However, had a disappointing encounter with the lady at the cashier. We were holding a leather bag next to the cashier and were deciding whether to buy it or not. Not even 1 minute into it, the cashier lady hurriedly asked us if we are going to buy it, because another customer wants to buy it. Not really a big deal but to be honest Ive never received customer service like this before, maybe that particular bag was already reserved by the customer? Who knows. But whatever the reason, a little apology and better communication would be appreciated.

So disappointed with the customer service here. I was looking at a suitcase on special, and decided to come back at the end of my shopping trip so I wouldn't have to carry it all over the mall. I came back at 5.10pm only to be told the special had ended at 5pm! There was no signage to inform the customer of this, and the shop was still open for 2 more hours. It was reasonable to assume the sale price would apply for the rest of the day. Had I known it was finishing at 5pm, I could have paid earlier and asked the assistant to hold it for me. I explained my situation, sure that she would honour the sale price for the sake of 10 minutes, but she said she wasn't allowed to. I made contact with the shop manager the following day, but still they wouldn't budge. This is not the level of service I would expect from a reputable store.
