I spent over a year in the property I rented in the North Shore. Christine my Property Manager made the transition to the property very easy. She was always available whenever I needed her advice or assistance. She helped me in every aspect. There were some significant hardships from boarders who left unannounced and left me stranded with paying their share and Christine went above and beyond to help me liaise with the landlords. Goodwins Realty in general were amazing support with any information I needed and keeping me up to date with accounts. Communication was easy and arranging inspections was no hassles at all. I was always given a lot of notice. If I come back to Auckland I would hope to find a property through Goodwins. Christine and the Team at Goodwins make you feel comfortable and supported. This made my stay there so much more easier. Thank you so much Christine and the wider team for everything.

We had Sue as our property manager, who is awesome. She is professional, personable and efficient. Anytime we needed anything she would get it sorted as soon as possible. We felt valued and looked after. We would highly recommend Sue and Goodwins for property management.
