Professional and operate with integrity. I came across Chase Property Management via google search earlier this year when we required a rental appraisal on our property for bank finance. Sam Coutts was prompt to respond and to arrange a time to inspect our home. We really appreciated the honest feedback and advice Sam gave us. We of course got a few appraisals from other companies but CPM stood out for us, mainly because we got the feeling we weren't just a number. I very much look forward to securing our next home so we can engage Chase Property Management with assisting us with our rental.
