This property management company is terrible. Since we moved in, we have sent emails several times asking the property management company to throw away the useless furniture left by the landlord, but they still ignore it. When we checked out for cleaning, Tash, the company's property manager, quoted us around NZ $250-300. So we let her go to a cleaning company. When they finished cleaning, she gave us a bill of 1,185 NZ dollars, three or four times over. What's more, it's rude of her to hire this company to clean the house without our consent. We've emailed Tash multiple times, but she hasn't responded.

We are preparing to seek legal assistance and Sue them.

The listing agent Rob, who takes care of the apartment in 1 Parliament Street, offered terrible service and is very unprofessional. I came to view this apartment on a rainy day by driving half an hour from another suburb. When I phoned him about my five-minutes lateness (the viewing time started at 1:15 pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm), he was very rude and refused to wait, and lied that he would be very busy as many customers would come. When I arrived, it turned out I was the only one viewing the place. Later he argued that he lied because he didn't want to wait for customers. I felt sorry for the property owner whoever passed this property to him.

Terrible not helpful talked to Linda trying to rent a house in Warkworth so negative and not helpful at all don't even bother trying is what she particularly said. SAD
