Remuera Doctors

Dr Wiles googled my symptoms and diagnosed me with a condition and said it should go away in a few years without running any tests. I questioned this and he was very confident in his response. I have since consulted another doctor who was shocked that no tests were taken or investigation into possible causes and treatment. $110 down the drain, will not be going here again.

I attended this practice for four or five years while living in Auckland. They have been the best doctors experience I have had, lovely reception, great doctors, very fast and professional, even during the covid panic. I'll miss them greatly now that I have moved cities.

The doctors here are great but the older receptionist with the long black hair is really nasty. Enough for us to not return. Upon arrival she looked at us up and down with an ugly look on her face. A doctors practice should be a caring and welcoming place. Very disappointed to see this type of service in Remuera. The world is not against you. Theres really no need to be so unhappy toward strangers after reading other reviews and seeing your responses, please, before you say this was a fraudulent review and that you will report me to Google, the appointment wasnt for me or under my name. I think the behavior of your receptionist needs to be addressed or in the very least, and I sincerely mean this, ask her if shes ok?

I took my nervous daughter for an injection yesterday administered by nurse Linda, she was kind & considerate, my daughter even commented " what a really nice nurse and it didn't hurt!". Our family have always had excellent treatment from both GP's at Remuera Doctors.

Not sure why they offer medical for immigration. Asking us to bring case number when immigration NZ don't give a case number until we apply and to apply we need to provide medicals. Plus they suggested to go somewhere else. So ended up going to city doctors :). No dramas there like these guys.
