        Amazing customer service, no idea what was up with the personalities of the others leaving reviews. I had a great experience, even when there was a lot of pressure on staff and a mad queue. just incredible!

        I would give 0 rating if I had an option for that . I went to this post office to send my passport renewal documents which needed to go to Australia. The couple at the counter said they cant send it to the high commission address and I needed to have a name of a specific person. I was so shocked to hear that comment and I repeated my self and said that its the high commission and theres no specific person to address. Then they said I just need to get a name of someone who works there otherwise they cant send the documents. They also said DHL would be my only option. I left the post office but I was still shocked and confused . Then I went to another nearby post office and the lovely lady at the counter posted my documents within 10-15 minutes. I wont ever go to this post office again. Such a terrible and unpleasant customer service. Really sad to see such bad service from the post office staff work in Remuera city post office.
