        I had 2 month online personal training by a lovely instructor Azure! She is very professional, understanding and supportive but also she gently pushes me to go outside my comfort zone! I was not confident about my physical abilities because of my age and lack of exercise for years after giving birth to four children, but with her proper guidance and detailed explanation about how your body works, I could achieve much more than I thought I could. I was lucky to be able to work online with Azure in Atlanta from my home in New Zealand Thanks to her great trainings and support, I feel much more confident about my phisical abilities, which means a lot to me! Thank you so much!
