        With a lot of the cross fit circuits it can take a toll on your back. John and the team showed excellent instruction to overcome this. They examine closely so as to get the most out of the exercise. F45 has an easy to follow eating plan. It does not mean one has to go on a really restrictive diet but still can get the results.

        I only got the opportunity to train at this studio for a week, but I must say I'll miss it like I've been going for years! John and the trainers are awesome and bring plenty of positive vibes and encouragement to every single class. If you are looking for a well-balanced group fitness studio, it doesn't get better than F45 Tamaki!
