Best car purchase I've ever had! John went out of his way to make it a great experience. Too many good things to say but I'll try: 1) Most of his cars are grade 4.5 and above, so your starting from a good position. 2) He offered to respray and fix paintwork on our old car for Free when we purchased the new car. This helped us sell the car quickly. 3) He offered to not use chemicals for cleaning the interior of the car because we have young kids - very considerate! 4) When I had a concern he lifted the car up and we inspected it together - very open and honest! 5) He provides autosure warranties with most of his sales. 6) Easy to communicate with, not pushy, and just genuinely wants the best for his customers.
