        Worst Banking Experience I've ever had with Co-Operative Bank. I inquired about how to make a joint account online a week ago and they told me to fill out a form then take it to the bank with ID. We filled it out and went in - then we were told that we had to make an appointment because they were "so busy". We were literally the only ones there waiting. There were other employees with other people but noone else was waiting. Just us. Then the man went to his desk and served noone for the next half an hour. We could've opened our joint account.
