        You need to review your processes if the functionality to withdraw certain limits from an ATM cannot be met. Invest in more team on the floor to support the huge queue all waiting for cash withdrawals. This is ridiculous! You should hear the conversation taking place in this line. Note after: it took 2 hours before we were served as only one person in the whole branch was dealing with physical cash services.

        I don't surprise with their review lol they deserve 1 star or nothing coz they don't know how to do customer service they don't care they think they are smart but not ... so sad to see staffs ... real life and advertising on TV or social media are big different... so sad just sad ...
