If there is a 0 star I would have given that to bnz botany branch. I needed to to a urgent bank tranfer overseas. I was confronted with very poor customer service and the front desk European lady was unhelpful. All I needed to do was a simple bank tranfer. The office doesn't even have a pen to offer me to write details down. I had to travel far to get to this bank. Only to be send home bec I didnt have a pen. Apparently bnz doesn't have enough pens to let customers borrow to write down their banking details down. You need to bring your own pen to this branch, in addition they are useless. I should have checked the reviews of previous customers before heading to this branch. I dont usually write reviews, I felt the need to write one because I have never experinced this level of poor service in any banks before. Would not recommend this branch. I ended up having to sort a simple bank tranfer through asb and they let their customers borrow pen and paper to write details down - what a luxury compared to bnz. The lady at asb was so helpful and understanding of my urgency to sort this. Got it sorted in no time.
