My daughters and I have been tenants of Wise Property, specifically Don Martin for the last 12 months. He has been the best landlord you could ask for, and I would recommend him and Wise Property Management as landlords. Very grateful to have been given the chance by Don and the team, to prove ourselves as tenants.

Had a viewing set for 12 Pangu way in mangere on the 8th of Nov on sunday. 10 mins before our viewing time they canceled the viewing. We again had to booked for the 15th on Sunday and we get there with the agent and she has no keys but shows us the back yard. Such a waste of time and lack of professionalism. This is the first negative review ive ever left and felt right in doing so.

The best agents ever!!! I cannot say Thank You enough. We are overseas clients and my stress level has gone from 100 to zero. Wise manage our property and have done an amazing job with the dump that was left behind by our previous tenants. No job was too hard or too small. Professional Agents, very knowledgeable and not just the greatest communication but very detailed communication. Highly Recommended and I agree with Chris (another review about Wise here) Trying to do it yourself? Be Wise go to Wise, be like me I am Wise & Stress Free! WOW Wise Property Management are fantastic, The name says it all. If you're a landlord and are thinking of trusting a Property management company then Wise is the only option. They Manage successfully my rentals with no worries, no job is ever too small or too big.
