These guys are thieves and extremely unprofessional. They're the management for a property we rented for almost 2 years... We spent last 2 weeks cleaning and fixing up the property before our move-out date. The property was in better condition than when we had moved in. But in order to steal our bond, they're claiming the property needs fixing and maintenance.... The owner of the property is a developer and intends on knocking down the property anyway. Geet Sewak, who is apparently, an account manager has been dealing with our property. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant.

Wouldn't recommend this business,they didn't file my bond with tenancy services tried shifting the blame over to somewhere else when it was time for them to refund my bond.took longer then expected for my money to be returned,they tried to quickly file it before I could catch on to what was happening,after all that they ended up refunding me out of there own business account.edit:not a tenant anymore.you never filed my bond which is against the law.
