They dont deserve single star as the property manager Jocelyn never answer your call or email and she do not care about your problem. My house need insulation due to which my newly born baby is suffering but Jocelyn has no time and she even don't known how to speak with customer. She can disconnect your phone anytime, she did not respond to your emails, she believes everyone except her is uneducated. They are not providing health atmosphere to you and your family.

Asked for assistance in regards to how the house was received. Was told I was abusive. But who wouldn't be upset when their 56 year old mother is bending and breaking her back to clean a house full of dog feces, fly feces and smoke stained walls. Is this the level of service RentalOne gives? Not to mention the stains of mould all over the house and curtains. So many fleas and cockroaches you can see them crawling everywhere. I thought you prided yourselves in professionalism and listened to your tenants? Top service received? I think not. Absolutely disgusted in the service I received.
