        Absolutely ridiculous and rubbish service. They haven't recovered damages and water bill costs from the tenant's bond for more than 2 years now and had not been responding. The rental property was extremely poorly managed. They auto deduct from the rent however fail to take care of the property. I've had no issues from the time I took over the property.

I have had some work done on my rental property recently and the communication has been great with Sarah Thompson always keeps me in the loop, quick to attend to issues that arise and finding good tradies to sort the issues out.
