        Very rude manager, we had to leave at night as she came to our room and started addressing a complaint from another occupant about our kids being loud, she said the walls and flooring is very thin so we should tell our kids to be quite. I believe they should advertise on there website as not kids friendly. when I tried explaining to her that we were not even present in our room for the half of our stay she gave us a rude look. We did not even finish our dinner and had to leave at night, overall expensive stay and bad experience. Imagine leaving at night with two little kids and no apologies at all from the Manager.

        We travelled with our kids and were knocked on our door at 8.30 at night for kids being loud and the people under our room being disturbed, I know that is a lie as we were not even present in our room for half of our stay. Very upsetting experience as they should advertise not kids friendly on their website. The manager needs to learn how to deal with her customers a bit better,.
