Bad service and rude staff. All I wanted was help as my online banking wasnt working. I was turned away and told to try again multiple times no matter what I said. Made me feel stupid.

Every single time I go in theres a huge line to wait in. Theyve also now taken the courier bags away from the wall so I ended up buying a bag that was too small which Im never going to use so it was an utter waste of money and had to purchase a bigger bag and pay overnight shipping again. The next time I went in I had two packages to post which were boxes. The lady said all I had to do was put an overnight sticker on and theyll be good to go. Not the case. I get a ring back while Im at work that I have to come back and pay for the actual postage. Obviously cant leave work to do so asked if I could pay online or give my debit card details. No must come in..waste of time. The ladies used to be incredibly rude too, not sure if its because of all the bad reviews on here or not but some of them have perked up now. Its always a bad experience going to the post office and I dread it every single time. If you can avoid it dont go in!
