        First time I ever went in the lady I got was quite rude and jumped to conclusions assuming I wasn't already with the bank and said I wasn't aloud a debit card because I didn't have a 'valid' photo ID etc etc, I was with the bank btw but she just move on to the next person... So I left. Like almost a year later I went back in and I got this SUPER NICE guy and he was just amazing, applied for my debit card in almost no time at all and so I came back in once my card arrived to activate it and the lady I got this time was really nice too.. so I got lucky those two visits. So because of these two they get a four star rating but that last one star didn't quite make it just because of my fist visit!

        It really helps if the staff at the branch can give ACCURATE information on what you can and cant do online. My partner and I were told we could set up a joint account online but when we proceeded to do so we were told we had to go to a branch to do this (which we had already done) Surely it isnt that hard!
