        Understaffed, can't do anything without doing it online because of "covid". It seems like they are using "Covid" like an excuse not to do their job. Was told that that I had to go to another team to sort things out but turns out rangiora branch are the ones running said accounts.... Poor service and too quick to make you waste your time on the phone or driving between branches(5+hrs just on the phone... Don't you dare transfer me again. I am done being on hold and explaining just to go back to the last person.... sort your stuff out BNZ ) The BNZ also doesn't answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message so you have that to look forward to! I wish you the best of luck. (Insert the sloth banking scene from Zootopia) Would highly recommend the ANZ across the road as they can actually do their job and are quick and efficient at getting results unlike the BNZ.
