The Property Boss have been managing a reasonable portoflio of rentals for us for a number of years. If i wasnt happy i would have changed. I feel valued as a landlord and feel my tenants are treated like people and not numbers as has been my experience of other property management companies. I am advised of any issues that affect how my property is affected but not hassled about the small stuff. My properties have been maintained in excellent condition because they are thorough, well organised and work as a team. I would highly recommend Usha and her team to manage your rentals.

Usha and her team have been fabulous to work with. They are thorough, professional and well organized. Communication and reporting is excellent, marketing of the home and selection of tenants was seamless. The management team has provided us peace of mind for over 3 years, knowing our property is being well looked after. Highly recommended .

Do not rent with them!!! When you leave the house/room, no matter how clean it is they will charge you for a cleaner.
