        The opening hours keep getting reduced. There are also no more proper tellers.

        Been with this bank for 13 years differently have changed since then only one brunch in Christchurch can't wear my hat inside,closes early,go to deposit money was told won't be in till 4pm what a joke. I've moved over to ANZ

        I have been with this bank for thirty years every week I give coins to my grandchildren to teach them to save and when they save enough or want to buy something I deposit it in to my account so the money is there for them co operative bank do not accept coins anymore so false advertising I am going to open accounts for grand children in another bank there are other issues as well which I won't discuss so you may as well pick and chose between banks not a people's bank anymore
