        Went to withdraw my money. Needed cash for a new car. Was told I cannot withdraw my own money in the weekend as they do not staff the tellers. I needed more than the daily limit through an ATM. What do I pay fees for. Waste of time

        Bad experience, dont get me wrong, the bankers are good and knowledgeable but the door lady is rude and she just there make others life difficult. This is why I decided move all my banking away from BNZ. Not recommend Riccarton branch if that door lady still there.VERY VERY RUDE

        I have been a loyal customer of BNZ since arriving in New Zealand in 2010. However, their treatment of me over the past 4 months has been appalling, we've been passed from pillar to post with no resolution to the issue we are trying to address. Woeful performance definitely go elsewhere for your banking needs
