        Extremely poor service, my husband went into the branch about our joint account and they ended up not helping him. Then I discovered my personal visa debit card had been cancelled on the same day. Which has nothing to so with the into account the staff are incompetent. Now I have to go into the back and waste my time to sort it out. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

        I think this was very poor customer service from BNZ Upper Riccarton. In particular, an employee named Carol Williams seemed so rude and didn't like to do her job. If she doesn't want to work like that, I think it would be right to quit. I am seriously thinking about whether I should continue to use this unfriendly and poor service. I always feel good when I use Westpac or ANZ, but I feel particularly bad often I use BNZ.

        BNZ Bush Inn is always a positive experience. Staff are friendly and professional but one staff member has always stood out for me and I hope management will acknowledge her in the best way possible - Carol Williams. She always comes across as genuinely loving her job, and is efficient, caring, friendly, approachable and invaluable to the branch.
