        Unprofessional staff. The staff on phone told me that I do not need an appointment regarding a credit card issue. When I went to the store, a lady told that I need an appointment. Very unprofessional.

        P.S. I was treated poorly by one of the staff members here and was very upset by it. However credit is due to the assistant branch manager for calling me to apologise. Truthfully, I haven't received this kind of bad service from any other westpac branch only this location. Maybe its because its a high traffic branch so staff are irritated..? Regardless I dont recommend this branch unless you are simply using the ATM. That is, not until they fix this problem. I mean dont just take my word for it, you be the judge and look at these overall reviews and total score

        Really bad customer service. The lady in counter is rude and doesnt care about the clients circumstances at all. Usually I get very good experience from Westpac but this person is doing extra time in a job she doesnt even like.
