        1 week after the car was returned, Snap charged my credit card an extra days fees without invoicing or contacting me. After ringing the support team, they claimed this was due to a late return. While their customer service team was very helpful, it took a week and 3 emails to be able to discuss with the branch manager, who could refund the fee. They agreed that the car was returned on time and that the fee needed to be refunded. It took a further 2 weeks for the refund to be actioned. Once approved, the refund was actioned quickly in 2 days. While the car was sound and at a reasonable price, I can not recommend Snap and will be avoiding them in future. I only leave this review, as their high rating is one reason why I took a chance on them over their established competitors.

Once approved, the refund was actioned quickly in 2 days.
      While the car was sound and at a reasonable price, I can not recommend Snap and will be avoiding them in future. I only leave this review, as their high rating is one reason why I took a chance on them over their established competitors.
