The turban guy who picked us up from Christchurch airport made our day from the first day onwards. Our plane was late by one and a half hours but he was calm and did all processes with a smile. I was impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction and their attention to detail. Friendly personable service, friendly staff, Celine, Ryan & everyone in the office was helpful & efficient. Helped me with my heavy luggage, I accidentally had snow chains selected but they sorted everything to modify quickly so helpful. Thank you team, fab service 5 stars!

From start to finish of our 4 weeks rental of a corolla, starting March 18, our experience was excellent. Prompt pick up and return to the airport. Abe was helpful when it came to downloading maps when we picked up the car. Would definitely use Mode Rentals again and recommend them to our friends .
