        Any reason why theres such a delay in processing bank transfers?. Its been so slow. I waited for some emergency money to be cleared (banks clear every hour) and didnt get it till the next day Such an inconvenience. My payments have been late and overdue because of this

        Absolutely ridiculous having 1 staff member on, at 12, on a Friday. I had important stuff needing done with money to deposit. I had to walk out because waiting in line while they served 1 person took my entire lunch break. So dumb. Get staff, get deposit machines, and just get better Cooperative Bank NZ.

        Friendly and very helpful staff, I am so glad we've moved our banking needs to this New Zealand owned bank where they put their customers first. It was so easy to join and will totally be recommending that my children join as well.
