Whanganui Kiwibank

What sort of business closes at 2pm, every other bank on the street is open. Not helpful at all Kiwibank.

Service doesn't exist and tried to give them our business but all got to hard. They don't have service standards and management don't care . Looks like have to go to another bank to get some service.

I don't see how this place can be titled as a BANK open 4 hours in the middle of the day, its pathetic.

Kiwi bank is pathetic, call times are inaccurate,, automated call answering is a joke, certainly doing there best to drive customers away. Reduced banking hours 10am to 2 pm, doesn't serve the needs of the customer. For a New Zealand owned bank, doing its pathetic best to be like the overseas banks where the customers dont matter. Westpac is a great example.

Had to drive to wanganui kiwibank to do a simple banking task that our one and only local branch was incapable of doing. After finally locating the branch frid afternoon it was closed due to some computer hitch..... really kiwibank! Get your act together!
