        Do not trust their "quote" for a car-service. Mine turned out to be $50 more than what was said on the phone (and then they even tried to blame us). In these times you need to be aware of how much you will charge for a service (people might not be able to afford any additional costs!!!). It would be also great if you phone the client before you exchange any further parts and tell them about any other additional costs. Completely failed in customer service and will not be back!
