Walkability: Rutherford gardens nearby, town close by, good distance from everything. But avoid room 7 the hot water system turns off and on 6-7 times per hour all night. Not a good room to be in if you need sleep. And u hear people coming up and down stairs from garden. Great people from all walks but that dam water system I wanted to shut off so badly. It's like hearing your neighbour's at a motel having a shower over and over. Didnt tink much of it when i check3d in till 11pm onwards it didnt stop. Needs updating Pronto!
