        Nearby activities: Many great boat charters near by for sight seeing or fishing. Scenic Russel is just a short ferry ride from the warf. Many great restaurants nearby aswell. Walkability: Under a 10 minute walk to the centre of the township and everything that is on offer there.

        DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS. FALSELY ACCUSED OF DAMAGING THEIR REMOTE AND LAMP! LITERALLY WALKED IN, SAW THE LAMP SHADE TILTED, SO I FIX IT STRAIGHT, TURN IT ON AND ALL OK. THEN I PICK REMOTE UP OFF BEDSIDE TABLE, LITERALLY FELL APART THE MOMENT I LIFTED IT. ONLY TO BE BLAMED A COUPLE DAYS LATER. WAS 100% DAMAGED BEFORE I ARRIVED. SUSPICIOUS OF HOUSEKEEPING MAKING IT LOOK GREAT BEFORE CHECK IN! EVEN WHEN I LEFT, I ASKED RECEPTION IF ALL WAS OK AND HE SAID YES. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND FOR FEARS OF FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND UNNECESSARY CREDIT CARD CHARGES!! No. Will never stay there again and will endeavor to encourage everyone else visiting Paihia to avoid this motel. Safety: Being falsely accused of damage
