        The room was nice and view was absolutely beautiful. We booked a room with a spa bath and didn't have it in the room. We went to tell them about it and they said there's no rooms with baths left. Fine whatever but they could've apologized and make it up to us. Lady at the reception was also not that friendly. Toilet seat in our room was coming off it's place as well. Otherwise good room and good location. After they saw my review above the owner started to tell us off at the reception when we asked for more milk. He was yelling at us and swearing and honestly it was shocking how he treated us. Never ever going back to this place. 2 years later I still remember this as the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Hotel itself was good but staff just having a bad day or something. Still doesnt make it ok to act like that. Just shocked.
