The worst place I have ever stayed! Firstly I had sent 2 emails prior to my arrival. One requesting the loft room with the sofa not the bunk beds. Neither emails were responded to and on my arrival they had given me the room with the bunk beds. After I had mentioned to the staff about my bunk beds I discovered that my TV was not working properly either. This was not fixed the whole 9 days I stayed there. The worst part was there was no hot water. Hot water should be a bare requirement from accomodation especially in a cold location. I had cold water the entire 9 days and additionally there were a few nights the radiator didn't work either. It was freezing!!! After informing staff numerous times that I had the bunk bed not the sofa, that the TV didn't work and that I did not have cold water I gave up. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone! In over 20 years of travel this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at!

Catastrophic! This summarizes this place perfectly. When I arrived at that place, I already had an uneasy feeling. When I entered the patio, I found myself facing a baby goat that was tied up there. Well, this is truly an interesting first impression. When I walked up three flights of stairs with my luggage, I found myself in front of my room. When I tried to open the door, it felt like I could tear off the doorknob with one strong pull. This room was a disaster. When I walked over the floor it felt like I could break through the floor in the next room. In my opinion, one aimed jump would have been enough for that. The smell in the room was unpleasant smell after a chemical lemon cleaning spray. Additionally, I could hear everything that was going on outside. It almost felt like the door was not there. What was even worse was the molding ceiling and the mold inside of the fridge. 20 minutes and some phone calls later I left this place and moved to another place. Unfortunately, I already paid for the stay and did not get any money back.
