Our double private room with ensuite was really small, but as it was just for one night, it was ok. We arrived with intercity bus as 7:30 pm and the reception was already closed. The key to my room was in an envelop with a plan of the facility. But it wasn't very clear. We put our food in the fridge and went to bed. In the morning, the kitchen was closed and our room key didn't opened it. Later it appeared that there was, in fact, 3 separated kitchens in the complex and we should have used another one which our room key would've opened. So just try to unlock the doors when you arrive...

Good location, cheapest option in Queenstown for private double room with car parking however this did not mean it was good value. The room was tiny, barely enough room to place a suitcase down, although it had a decent shower, not particularly clean, the kitchen was locked until 9am which is pretty late IMO. Communal areas are pretty old.

Was in the 4 beds dorm : too little for 4 people compare to the other hostels standards. You cant put all your luggage properly. Shower and toilets are in the same room so if someone is using the shower for exemple, you cant go to the toilet. Only 2 bathroom for all the rooms and 1 is closed until 9am which is really unconvenient. Kitchen is also closed until 9am, you cant start your day early without having to go outside for breakfast. Saw the hostel responding to someone's comment about the kitchen, saying that they have a kitchen that is open 24/24 but when i asked the staff, they told me to wait until 9. A rat ate my bread and my rice, i only noticed it after leaving the place. Otherwise i would have tell the staff. This is a real problem !!! The location is good but Queenstown is a really small city so even hostels that arent in the city center are really close to everything. So no need to book a night here if you want to be well located. The staff was nice. Would definitely not recommend this place.
