Terrible. Came for a booked dinner for a table of 6, told us we couldnt order food because they had a table of 15 coming in. Accused us of being drunk after having ONE drink at the bar. Will NOT be retuning.

Very cozy and warm place. We wanted to have beef burger but a guy ordered all of them to have a 10 mins fast eating contest :) which we filmed it by the way! We had chicken crispy burger instead which we loved it!

Terrible service from multiple members of staff. 1) one of them asked us to pass them some dirty glasses before we ordered at the bar in a rude way 2) same person gave us a table number then later accused us of taking the wrong number when they brought the food, it was obviously them making a mistake as the number was the one we were passed when we ordered 3) I went over and asked if they have any Mayo and they looked at me like I asked them to partake in a nearby bank robbery.. eventually they said something like you want aioli, they ignored me when I said something about the misunderstanding 4) the expression and body language of the staff was terrible. They all looked like they hated it and didnt want to be there. Honestly the food was pretty nice but the service was so bad it can only be 1 star. This place will not last long if the attitude of the staff is not sorted.. 100% avoid

Wow! I am so glad I found this place for our last family dinner in Queenstown. The decor, ambience and service was great. We ordered pizzas, slaws, cheesy tater tots, burgers and fried wings. We also were there for happy hour so they had $12 cocktails and $7 house wine, beer and spirits. The food was great and I was super impressed with my mushroom garlic pizza. Best pizza Ive had in a while and that is saying something as Ive travelled around Europe including Italy for 3.5 months last year. Everyone was very happy with their food and its the best place weve eaten in Queenstown; plus its reasonably priced and generous with their portions. Thank you for making our last night a memorable one!
