        The word that comes to mind when I think about Aro Ha is transformational. It takes less than a week to feel it within yourself and witness it in others. A combination of the most dramatically beautiful environment, warm and inspiring guides, the best plant-based food, spectacular hikes and grounding yoga make this retreat the one to which I keep coming back.

        I am finishing my retreat today and have had an incredible week. I feel really strong, fit and inspired to make positive changes upon my return home. This retreat is for people looking for a difference and is not for anyone wanting treatments and comfort. I have had an unforgettable time, met many new amazing great people and have not had a moment of regret. Its been a fantastic and fun week. I would definitely recommend Aro Ha to anyone with the determination to really change things up.
