        I could not disagree with the comments of the previous four google reviews more, if I tried. Maybe the branch was actually closed or they went to the pub next door by mistake. The staff here are fantastic. I also work in the service industry and know what great staff/client interaction is and these guys all had it in spades... Please keep doing what you're doing guys and for the critiques below... maybe finding a mirror will help in finding your problems... Cheers

        Awful service. Sad because this branch is so conveniently located, and years ago when I opened my account I had a great customer support person there who helped with all things mortgage to insurance. Now only open a few hours per week and extremely unhelpful and rude. Would significantly benefit from some training in customer service.
