        Was wanting open up a bank account, Done all I.d identity checks plus emailing it to them, twice but still wasn't good enough, They want me to send my driver licence, birth certificate, proof of address plus other personal details in the mail to them at their head office.. Seen dodgy to me, when all I wanted to do, was open up a bank account, Wouldn't recommend

        slow poor communication around fx, absurd alegid AML (anti money laundering) information demands after 15 yrs as a customer. Ie prove you live at the house we have your mtg for for 15 yrs, explain your wealth, & provide 3 years of sale and purchas invoices. Rotflmfao.
