        Westpacs phone system is THE WORST ever.once you get to an actual person it took 5 goes at explaining and spelling out the branch i wanted an appointment with ! Not impressed !

        I dropped by yesterday to handle something at the counter. Staff were super helpful, both to me, and other customers. Minimal waiting in line.

        Very hard to get things done fast. Eg only ever 2 staff on at counters and they need to be more online friendly. It seems for the smallest of things you are forced to go into a branch and when u live 25min drive away and have work kids etc it's a real hassle. I'd like to say nice staff tho.
