        Loyal customer for 15+ years. Told they don't do personal loans anymore - isn't that what a bank is for? To assist? Also no Apple Pay still, so behind in technology. Interesting to see a little PR stunt to give away $30k for "The Block" contestants but can't be bothered financially assisting their loyal customers. Pity - moved to ANZ which is far superior.

        Had to call the call centre...was dreading it as normally call centres are hours on hold then a non English speaking person...so a very welcome change when the TSB call centre answered promptly and was an English speaking friendly and helpful real human! Keep up the excellent service TSB!
