Went into Westpac Taupo today and received fantastic service from Taine! We had a wee problem and he was so helpful!!

Quick service and alot done over phone and email so having to go into the office was minimal

Financial services only, 10 to 2 Mon to Fri.

Very poor customer service, poor communication, lack of urgency, and broken atm machines. Really would question why you would want to bank with this branch.

If you want to specifically use a BNZ ATM this is the only one at Turangi. There have been times that it hasn't been working thus the low rating.
