Would rate 0 if I could, you call 5 times they never answer, have always been dismissive and rude when Im at the reception, doctor Jason total me to either toughen up or quit my job instead of prescribing the medication I needed or even giving a suggestion. This practice is a joke dont go there

Tried calling multiple times on multiple days. Either the call centre or no answer at all. Have left a message at the beginning of the week and no response since. Receptionists are always there when I go to the clinic, so I see no reason for them to not answer the phone.

They're usually running 30 mins late. I had to come back from working in Taupo because it was the first available appointment for 3 weeks. I show up 10mins late and they cancel my appointment without calling or anything and tell me I need to reschedule. Next available is 2 weeks away

I HAVEN'T AND WOULDN'T BE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS UNORGANISED WEETBIX BOX SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS WHO CANT MAINTAIN ONE'S WELLBEING LET ALONE BE IN CHARGE OF MY LiIFE...SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE OBUDSMAN AND GET INVESTIGATED HOW THEY MANAGE THIS GOVT FUNDED FACILITY THEN THE LIGHT SWITCH IS ON....DISGUSTING
