Wouldn't recommend trying to reach them by phone. 58min on hold, Ran out of minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Best just going in to speak to someone.

Done with immigration medical, everything went well and staff was amazing. Uploaded my medical report to INZ in 3 days time. Also, received the medical report in my email with in a week time.

Walked in with our 14 month old who had just cut her finger a centimetre deep. She was covered in blood and so were we. The bleeding had stopped but they were seeing people who had no obvious signs of any distressing injuries and we waited for 30 minutes. We decided to leave after they served a girl who had come in after us. Anglesea saw us straight away and took us back to fix the finger up. (They had about 20 people waiting)
