Love the atmosphere and seeing familiar people again

If you like that kind of a cardiovascular workout, then do Zumba fitness classes with Joanna. Maybe some more men could do this.

I attended here for almost 2 years. Great training style. Chris is great at keeping you motivated. Definately one of the best Xfit gyms in Hamilton.
