        Steve was excellent! Our bus was late due to road construction, but he waited for us despite us not being able to tell him due to us not having a SIM card. He was a wealth of knowledge and we learned a lot about the area during our ride to Whakapapa and said we could see "Gollum's pool" on our way back as me and my wife are LotR fans. On the way back he was kind enough to take us to "Gollum's pool" and the lookout over Turangi despite the fact his son was having his rehearsal dinner for his wedding that day. I can't recommend Steve and his driving service enough, great guy!
