The process to book and the shuttle drop off were straight forward. The lady driving the bus was excellent, funny, entertaining and gave helpful tips and shared a with lot of stories. Only gripe was the 900 meter walk back to the car park, which is on a dusty gravel road, with cars going by and blowing dust on you. A COVID mask helped but they should have a walking path in the bush to save people from the dust.

Before I read reviews on here, I had already booked with the company. I was a bit hesitant and anxious after reading the reviews. I tried ringing the number that was mentioned in the booking confirmation (specifically said to ring before the booked time) but never got a response. Just wished I had gotten an earlier response to actually confirm since it was my first time. Other than that, arriving to the actual carpark and getting on the shuttle was super easy, and the ladies at the front of the carpark were very friendly and helpful. Only criticism was not getting any contact after trying to reach out, especially when I was told to call before the booked day.
