Door to door service from Rose was excellent. Arrived on time and even picked us up early when we arrived prior to the pick up times! Friendly, comfortable and efficient transport. Made the day stress free!

Picked us up at short notice when the weather turned south on our Northern Circuit tramp. The shuttle was early and already warmed up when we got in. Very appreciated on a cold, wet day!

We booked sunday night for a monday pick up for the tongariro. We were concerned about weather but Rose was very informative and kept us informed. We were able to go. Prompt pick up from our hotel in turangi. We were given a helpful brochure for the tongariro crossing. We got a txt from rose several hours in, checking to see how were were going and she timed it so that she was at the end waiting for us. Rose was lovely, informative and organised. We are super happy with the service and would absolutely book again
